Rolled Suga Cookies

Since yesterday was Valentine's Day, I, of course, had to bake sugar cookies, with the help of my awesome boyfriend (super romantic, right?). We made these sugar cookies with the whipped cream frosting using berry cream cheese, and it tasted amazing! Here's the delicious and simple recipe:

1 1/2 Cups Butter
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Powder5 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt

Stir together butter and sugar until smooth. Next, beat in eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, powder, and salt. Once mixed, cover up your creation and stick it in the fridge. Let it chill for an hour or so. Once chilled, roll it out on a floured surface until the dough is about 1/2 thick. Here comes the fun part, use cookie cutters to cut them into cute shapes! Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. You can set the cookies pretty close together on the pan, just don't let them touch. You Let 'em cool, frost, and enjoy:)
